I accidentally hit a deer the other day, and I took it home in the boot of my car. Being a farmer's daughter, I have already skint and gutted the animal. Now, I would like to turn it into a tasty dinner for the whole family. Obviously I need to put some salt and stuff on there. I would also like to know what herbs to use on venison to make it into a nice meal. Can you help?
