Hi! Let's have a poll about salmon. Herbs for salmon, to be more exact! I have a lovely bit of salmon sitting in my fridge, which is just waiting to be cooked! The only question is what herbs it should simmer with. I'm not a very creative cook, but I do love great end results! Thanks!

What you do is, you wrap it up in tinfoil with rosemary, pepper and salt, and some garlic, and then you put it in the oven until it is ready. If you put the salmon in at 220 degrees, my guesstimate is that that you will have a wonderful meal in around 25 minutes. Feel free to check it from time to time.
