Dear forum people! We all love beef roast over here but I want to try something different and make it really tasty. I would like to do something to break my old routine and produce a beef roast that is full of flavour. Can I ask what herbs you use for beef roast?

What I often do is I rub the beef with sea salt, and then add ground fresh pepper. I paste olive oil onto the beef with a brush and then I attach some fresh rosemary leaves that I just picked from my herb garden. I wrap it all up in tin foil and put it on a baking tray in the oven on about 220 C. You have to check it once in a while because you want it to be moist and tender inside.
