We live in a very rural area, and the local hunters just turned up with two ducks they've just shot! They thought I could turn into a nice and hearty meal. They did warn me about the pallets that are in there, but I suppose I will attempt to cook it now but I could really do with some advice. I am wondering what herbs I should use. Obviously you can tweak and mend the recipe according to your wishes. And this recipe uses two ducks, so I hope that will suit you, as you have two ducks too.
