Honestly, twelve year olds shouldn't be that concerned about their weight. You can exercise, eat healthy and ask a doctor about everything you could do, but don't let it become an obsession.

i am a little overweight as well i do crunches and go for walks.i am also eating more healthy foods i am also a hocky player and a boxer.So just dont worry about it just exersize alot. eat more healthy foods sutch as brocoli,cucomber,apple,plums stuff like dat!

Drink a lot of water and do exercise every day. There is an app called “7 minute workout” you burn about 100 calories and it only lasts 7 minutes. I am trying to lose weight and that is what I do, I also think before I eat and think “do I need to eat this?”

I won’t say I’m fat or skinny, I honestly think I’m average. I want to help you girls who feel they are fat. Drink lemon water without sweeteners because the lemons contain lots of pectin and it helps burn the last pounds. It makes you feel a lot fuller and boosts up your metabolism. Also, if you want to be slim and not bulky with muscle try tanning your skin because it makes you look slimmer and avoid walking on the balls of your feet, instead when you walk, land on your heels. When you run, do excessive running (run slow but long distance), do not sprint/run fast! If you want to lose belly fat, do at least 20 curl ups every 1 or 2 hours on a flat surface. Walking for about 40 mins helps your whole body to lose calories. Try to be pescatarian, it’s like being vegetarian but you can have fish because you still need some sort of meat in your body as a 12 year old. Hope you read this reply and it will help you be sastified and happy with your body. Remember to be patient and stay hopeful. Be happy in your own skin!

There's no tip on what you've told. If you eat that much you need to stop immediately. Don't starve yourself cuz that is how your metabolism slows down and it will store extra fat so you'll be even fatter. Just do P.E. and don't stop till you can't feel your entire body. (Just kidding)

I know how it feel's because i'm in your shoes and i'm 12 yrs too just exersise 3-4 hours each day and then drink lots of water about 3-4 water bottles each day and no juice no chips no candy no tameles and no tortia and just beleive in your self and say you can do it and i'll be praying for you so jus jog,run,pushups,situps.

I am 12 turning 13 soon and 9.5 stone I feel ugly all my friends are skinny. I exercise 5 times a week and I am not losing fat or getting muscle (not that I want it) I need help.Please. I am really desperate and I dont know what to do. The boy I like will never like me because I am fat and ugly.

It's OK, when I was 12 i weighed 170 pounds so i was obese at the time. But trust me as you'll grow and get taller it's all going to change.

Im also 12 and weigh almost the same (130 pounds) I'm so conscious of my weight. Yeah,I get what you mean with the guys picking up girls, someone once tried to lick me up, they did but only a little bit. I really get you,and want to learn how to lose some weight too.

You are not fat at all, im 12 y/o and my mothers say the same thing but i weight more than you im about 170 pounds i was 181 pounds but i did a diet for about 1 month and i lost 11 pounds and now im still on the diet to reach my weigh goal
