I gave birth to my daughter 2 months and a half ago. I gained 42 pounds and lost 20.I really want to lose the extra 22 pounds or more (if possible). Im desperate! I can't get back into my old jeans and it's very heartbreaking for me. I exercise almost everyday for 30 minutes and I cant seem to lose those extra pounds. What should I do? Please I need some advise!
