I was approached by some coach the other day and he was kind enough to share few tips with me. Among other things he told me that I should have right pedal stroke. He promised to help me with that but I have to wait another month or so before that. Can you tell me something about right pedal stroke?

You have to identify your weak spots in pedal stroke. Correcting them will enable you to make the most out of your ride. There are several points of pedal stroke where you can do things wrong. You have to pay attention when you are pushing forward over the top. Also when you pull back at the bottom you should be aware of the right path. You also have to lift the weight of your leg when the crank is going up. It may take you a while before you master these movements. You have to be patient and persistent. The payoff will be your ability to go faster without pushing harder.
