I am trying to teach my goal time of about seven minutes for running a mile on a track. I don't run regularly but I want to be able to run a mile in seven minutes. I would like to be able to run a mile in seven minutes current time is about nine minutes to run a mile. I weigh about 107 pounds. Any ways I can run faster? I have fairly long legs but I just get tired and have to speed walk until I can run again. How can I prevent this? Any ideas? What about lactic acid buildup?
