I think I have frenulum breve, but I'm not sure. I can pull back my foreskin back far enough to expose the glans, but during sex it pulls back a little more, and it hurts like hell. I've even had small... cuts? in the frenulum, no bleeding tho. So, how do I knw if it is indeed frenulum breve?

If your foreskin bunches up behind the head when you retract you most likely have a short frenulum (frenulum breve). Test it by pulling back on the foreskin. If the head of your penis bends down when you pull back your foreskin, you have frenulum breve.
