Headache management would be a miracle. For eleven years, I've suffered every day from headaches and migraines once a werk. The doctors don't know what is causing them, and they've never been able to treat them. I might see some (nonpainful) light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you.

Hi I injured my neck recently. I have bin training the martial art jiu jitsu for bout 10 years and recently my neck was injured. I went for a MRI and found out I had suffered 2 herniated disc in my neck. My c7 and c6 were out so far they are pinching against my spinal cord. I had little use of my entire left arm and my left hand went numb. It was very scary. I recieved 2 epidermal shots in my neck, I was told from the doctors I would need surgery. But I decided to try therapy instead. Well long story short I was taking norco, flexrill, noproxin and others meds to try and help cope with the pain. It wasn't till the doctor recommended GAB that I actually started to feel better. I take 2 pills 300mg every night before bed. I have to say this medication has really helped with my pain and uncomfortableness. I continue to take it and still recieve therapy for my neck. I also suffer from stenosis and scoliosis. I'm 38 years old and I have a lot of spine wear and tear. I have not had any side effects from the GAB nor has it caused any weight can. If anything I have lost a little weight. I would highly recommend this for anyone suffering with spinal damage or nerve pain. It's bin bout 6 months and I'm really feeling the best I have since my injury.

The question I have to ask people here is is your weight gain HONESTLY simply because you eat the wrong food from time to time and are inactive due to your condition , restriction, depression of having this diagnosis. Input and outputs. That what it comes down too. Some medicine can cause horrible side effects . But when they mention weight gain about medicine .it's either the medicine increases your apitite more than normal ( like the munchies ) . Some water weight yes can happen too. My suggestion is to try and keep all the junk and naughty foods out of your house. Even though you may not be able to train at the gym for some time or ever. It's simple as input output. Wholegrain, high lean protein , soups , sallads, fruit ..rheostat an endless list of food out there. Just try to stay strong. And movement is very important to loss those extra pounds. Walking, swimming, small light core exercise. The list and choices are endless. It's getting the motivation to do it

I have been taking both for years but recently I was put on Narco 10/325 and I have been packing on the pounds and I can not for the life of me figure out why???? please could you help me??? I'm 5'6" and I was 145 pounds 1 year ago now 170 pounds its killing me to know why!!!!?????
