Hi,i am 17 years old and i am a virgin, i used to finger my self but not always,and once my bf fingered me while i was having my periods and it dient hurt but ya alot of blood was there on his fingers,bdoes that mean my hymen broke or is it due toe periods? Actually, you can lose your virginity due to a tampon. The tampon (if too big) can tear your hymen open. People always say losing your virginity is when you actually have sexual intercourse with a partner. But, I believe, it is when you tear your hymen. And the hymen is not located at the end of the vagina. It is located in the beginning of the vagina. You obviously haven't seen pictures of different kinds of hymens. There are usually 4 types of hymens. Some women have to get their hymen surgically "moved around" so their first time won't hurt as much. < But just a option, not always recommended. Snopes the hymen will break it's a soft tissue it does not bleed ever and if you have sex for the first time and it bleed it means that you've ripped your vagina because it was too rough if a woman doesn't have sex and she reaches 18 19th it normally disappears naturally anyway

I'm almost 16 and I'm a virgin. I have to get a vaginal ultra sound soon and I was worried about tearing my hymen so I wanted to see if I even had one. I looked and I didn't see anything that looked like a hymen and it could have been broken because I use large tampons regularly. The first time I used a tampon I remember it being extremely painful and not being able to put the Tampon in all the way even though it was small. Is there any way to see if I have one? Thanks
