I've gotten coldsores ever since I was a little kid. More recently I've been worrying about spreading them to other parts of my body. I already know its possible I just want to know the likelihood. I don't purposely touch the sores, but say for example I've just gotten out of the shower and water runs off my lip on to my genitals and the skin is already kinda irritated from masturbating or I rub my nose and accidentally bump the sore unknowingly then a few minutes later have to use the bathroom and touch myself ?
