It's normal for your semen to be clear, or not very white, when you first start ejaculating. It's also normal for there not to be a lot of it. As you get older you'll ejaculate more.
To make it feel amazing, don't masturbate as often. You'll ejaculate more and it will feel better. You can also try different techniques, use lube if you don't, feel other areas of your body, rub your nipples, any of that.
