I have heard that chocolate is good for people, in moderation, and that it can influence the mood positively. Which is great, because I do love chocolate. I do sometimes wonder whether I eat too much chocolate. I have at least a bar every day, and normally more. Besides that, I also eat chocolate chip cookies a lot. I do like hot chocolate as well. So - how much is too much when it comes to chocolate?

If you have reached the point where chocolate, and products containing chocolate are your main source of nutrition, you are doing something very wrong. A bar a day is way over the top. Some dark chocolate is good for your blood pressure, but I am afraid that I am talking about the healthy version, not the one with lots of sugar as well.
