Hi! I have sleeping problem. I feel sleepy all the time. I just sleep during my whole free time. Sometimes I can't wake up in the morning. I really don't know how much is enough to sleep for adult person. Please, can somebody tell me how much would be too much sleep? Thank you!

Hello! Normally 6-8 hours are enough. If you sleep more then 10 hours per day, we can say that you sleep too much. I read somewhere that too much sleeping isn't good. If you have needing to sleep too much, you maybe have some other health problem. Ask your doctor for advice!
