Hi, I am 23 years old male. I like to train in the gym. I have been runner for a while but I knew that the gym is my choice first time I have entered it. I am training maniac, at least, people in the gym tell me that. Lots of time I train until I exhausted myself entirely. How often do you train until you can't train no more?

You should be careful. You are young now and you are full of strength and your heart is strong. But it can have serious consequences on your body and your entire health later when you grow old. I work to the end of my possibilities only when I am very angry so I "empty" my negative emotions through the exercise. Also when you are exhausted muscles won't grow.
