Me and my friends are always talking about some diets and exercising programs. All of us have training programs in the same gym. I suppose that we are all different and we can not have the same results. But I seem to be the worse. How long until I lose weight? Is it possible that only I can not achieve anything?

I am not sure what to tell you. Are you certain that you are doing the same things and exercising as your friends? Did you break your diet program even once? If these questions do not help you to find answers, maybe you should consult your doctor. There are some diseases that wont lose you weight although you are on diet and training program.
