Hi I would like to know something about training routines. I am going to the gym every other day. I like to run too. I am running 5 miles every day. I like to do it in the evening when the weather is nice and chilly. But lately when I run after the gym training I feel dizzy sometimes. What do you think I should do?

Well you should definitely see a doctor. Just to check is everything OK. My personal opinion is that you are exhausted after gym training and when you add such long run tour after it your body must response. Maybe it would be wise to do running every other day when you are not going to the gym or to reduce workout intensity.
