Yesterday I have made very stupid thing. I was on the job longer then usually. My gym training starts at 7 pm so I had to go straight from work to the gym. The trouble is that I was very hungry and I did training on an empty stomach. In the evening after the training I felt nausea but I didn't vomit. Today I am fine but I want to know what has happened, why I felt nausea.

Well it is not so smart to exercise on an empty stomach but you have learned that by yourself. To have proper training you need strength and your body need energy. Your body gets energy from food and when you don't eat you don't have enough energy. When your body is exhausted or when the sugar in blood drops you can feel nausea. If you smoke or drink then the situation is worse.
