Hello. I am an active swimmer that is 25 years old and, since I use my muscles a lot, I really get aching some time. Than, I go to a masseur and everything becomes better, my back stops aching, sun shines, birds sing, etc. What do you think? Is massaging something we all need constantly? How often do we need them really?

All the time! As much as we can. I really don’t know what to tell you. Since, there is no disadvantages to getting a massage, it is only natural and logical that we should get as many as we can. But in my opinion, if there must be a standard minimum, I would say, at least twice a week. This way you will be relaxed, and pain-free, while at a same time not get spoiled.
