I am just starting to get back into shape (or trying to at least!) and when I run or walk long distances the upper-inside of my thigh/groin gets pretty chafed, to the point where it is a struggle to keep the activity up.
I have tried the spray they sell in a drug store but that does not seem to be working that well, any suggesstions? Is it because my thighs are rubbing together?

Some people do use vaseline but that just feels icky to me.

Is body glide greasy like vaseline?Not at all. It's a weird substance. It is sticky, but it isn't. Vaseline greases you up and your legs would just not have much friction. I think body glide kind of keeps stuff from rubbing all up on each other. Works great on nipples.

thanks to everyone who responded....i went and picked me up some Body Glide and am impressed, works like a charm, I'm hooked from now on!

My go to for thigh chafing is to use Bandelettes. I started wearing them a year ago and was surprised how well they work. They are bands that wrap around your thighs and stay on with silicone. They have them in unisex pairs. ***edited by moderator*** web addresses not allowed
