I have the same problem. My stomach is really out there, un porportioned to my body. I have tried exercise, cutting back on drinking soda, but nothing works. I'm in the same boat as you.

Try to stop eating sugar and don't eat processed foods. anythings that has more than 2 or 3 ingredients in it. Eat lots of veggies and fruit. No soda, drink water and green tea. Keep active.
Being a couch potato isn't going to help u look weight. Start doing pilates and cardio. Try for at least 20-30 min of walking fast, jogging or ellipitcal.
it takes time to loose belly fat but have faith that it will go away. Take a small step everyday. Like for one day don't eat and junk food.
