Belly Fat - Not For You
Want to get razor-cut abs? Belly fat is not for you then. Belly fat (AKA omentum fat) is dangerous. It starts to act like an endocrine organ that releases harmful stuff – producing bio-molecules which can increase the risk of insulin resistance. The fat starts to build up underneath the abdominal skin, causing a large waistline. More importantly, this fat is deposited onto internal organs such as the liver too, and that can lead to a fatty liver. If you really want to get rid of this fat, you can achieve your goal by following these tips. All you need is determination. Here are some exercises that will help you remove belly fat. You will be able to get razor cut abs only when you burn away your belly fat. Remember not to focus only on the belly – do whole body exercises too.

Straighten up - Improve Your Posture
Good posture is a part of your training. Keep your posture right – it will make you feel smarter and more confident, and make your belly look slimmer. A drooping posture pooches your belly out, so straighten up to look trimmer. Your ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and ears should be in a straight line. Always keep your shoulders open – just like a shirt on a hanger. Don’t bend your shoulders inward like some old guy, and your body will feel more comfortable. Keep your belly tight, draw it to your spine and keep your weight equally distributed between your feet and heels.

Don't Ignore The Rest Of The Body - Whole Body Exercise
Concentrating only on your belly exercises is not a good idea at all. Full body exercises are required to keep healthy and lose weight. Performing only belly exercise will surely help you lose belly fat but after couple of weeks, your body will not be able to shed your belly weight as it was supposed to. This is because the maximum blood supply of the body will be consumed by belly muscles – causing negative effects on the rest of the body muscles. A full body workout, at least 2 times per week, is recommended. Doing this will keep all the muscles of your body active which will help you lose belly fat faster.

Canoe Twist Your Body
Canoe twists are fun – not just an exercise. Canoe twist is a simple but very useful exercise that primarily targets your abs and obliques. There are 2 ways to perform a canoe twist. The first way is to stand straight, feet apart. Lock your fingers and create a solid grip. Exhale and sweep your chest, shoulders, arms, and hands to the right as if you were rowing a canoe. Once you get to the extreme right, lift your right knee up and swing it to the left at the same time. Get back to the starting position, inhale and exhale again. Repeat the same step but on the opposite side. Canoe twists can also be performed while sitting on a chair or exercise ball with a light barbell.

Cat Kick The Fat Out Of Your Body
Cat kicks are a hard but very effective exercise. Performing this exercise regularly and accurately can get you razor cut abs in a couple of months. You might feel a bit sore in the beginning but there is nothing to worry about if you can’t perform cat kicks accurately in the beginning. Stand straight with your feet together and your arms stretched out like airplane wings. Take 2-3 long and deep breaths, exhale, and hold your breath. Lift the left leg above as if you were kicking. At the same time, sweep both arms forward until they become parallel to each other like a cat. You will feel a lot of stress on your belly. Get back to the starting position, inhale, and repeat the same process but with the other leg.

Try These Simple But Effective Pilates Zip-Ups
The pilates zip-up is fairly a simple and relaxing exercise. It doesn’t take much of your energy but helps more than you can feel. Don’t underestimate the Pilates Zip-Up. Add it to your routine workout if you want to get razor cut abs. To perform this exercise, stand straight with your heels together and toes slightly turned out, making a “V” shape. Join your hands; hold your arms up against your neck right below your chin. Your elbows must be stretched out at the level of your hands. Exhale and move your arms down, and pull your belly muscles in. Your hands and arms must stay close to your body. At the same time, lift your heels off the floor and get onto your tiptoes. Hold there for 5 seconds and return to the starting position. This will make the abs go “in & up”.

Use Equipment Like Twisters And Exercise Balls
Put your equipment to good use. It will definitely help. There are many types of equipment that you can use to burn your belly fat and expose your abs. Use a cardio-twister sometimes. It helps you to shed the fat accumulated on the sides of your belly. This fat never lets your body get the perfect shape. You can also use an exercise ball. It helps your muscles to stretch, and makes them flexible. There are different ways you can use this exercise ball. Make a habit of cycling as a warm-up. Cycling primarily strengthens your thigh muscles. Its secondary affect is on your belly. Cycling will shed belly fat as much as other tough exercises.

Be Patient
Cutting out your belly fat is not an easy task. It can take months to years for some people to lose this fat. You must be patient and keep trying hard if you really want a flat stomach with razor cut abs. Everybody on earth would have razor cut abs if it was so easy. Stay focused on your plan. Keep yourself determined and don’t let yourself get into the inferiority complex. It is recommended to make a long-term timetable on your training plan. Once you make this timetable, stick to it unless you are in some emergency. Keeping a proper routine will lead you to achieve your goals.

Stay Focused - Never Give Up
Keep up with your plan and stay focused. You are not going to wake up the next morning and find yourself with six packs. First of all decide what you want to achieve. There is famous saying ‘Failing to plan is planning to fail’. So, before starting the training, plan everything up. Chart your progress in a journal. Note down everything that you have eaten the whole day. This journal must have comments on your daily workout sessions. It is a good idea to have a partner – spouse, friend, bother, sister, or colleague. It gives both partners the motivation to do more. Don’t forget to chill out. Putting yourself into the training and ignoring your extra-curricular activities will lead you to depression. Hang out with friends. Be social – it will help you perform better and stay focused.
