I agree with the posters who describe multiple orgasms or controlling your orgasm.  With practice you can learn when you should contract your PC muscle.  It is possible to have an orgasm without cumming, but it is also possible to have an orgasm, let some cum ease out, and continue to stay rock hard.  It is all about the timing of when you squeeze the PC muscle. 

I personally like to let some cum ease out.  My girlfriend likes to see it, so I do it.  Personally, I've used this method to cum several times in one session (5-10).  The amount of semen produced feels great to me and she enjoys seeing it because she knows she's satisfied me.

I am a 20 year old male and i can say that i too possess this interesting ability. I can seldom do it during sex but while masterbating i can reach the point of ejactulation and continue on immediately after. I find that depending on how aroused i am, i can keep going straight through 3 or 4 ejactualtions. Each becomes much less in volume but the sensation becomes exponentially better.
