It sounds like everything is working fine and that you are developing just as you should be.
When you orgasm you should be able to see if you have ejaculated at first it could be a small amount of a clear liquid known as pre-cum.
If you are ejaculating sperm it is most likely a white coloured liquid and it could also be a small amount since you are probably just starting to be able to this.
When a guy is in the early stages of being able to ejaculate, your orgasms can be dry, contain just pre-cum and also include the ejaculation of whitish coloured sperm.
