Im 16 years of age, 72 kg/158 pounds/11 stone. i want to lose my belly fat, and try to get a six pack. I go to gym about 3 times a week. is there anyone who could give me advice on what foods to eat, and what exercises to do maby? and what else could help me lose belly fat. thanks.

Read up on Atkins diet. My mom just started doing it a week and a half ago and is already seeing some significant changes. It has to do with eating little to no carbs/sugar so that you're body goes straight to burning fat, instead of storing it while you process the sugar. Insulin spikes are baaaaddd.
