I'm fourteen years old, as you saw before,and female, and i really want to lose some weight. Any good ideas? I'm 5 foot eight and a half, and weigh around 140ish, and I play softball when its in season. In my opinion, I'm huge.

if you want sandwich, do it at your home, with fresh meat and salad, your food should be HEALTHY!

But of course the best is to keep a diet, but consult with a professional. AND sport!!! swimming helps a lot!

you are not fat,
you may think you are but your not.
im the exact height. and 5.8 is tall so therefore the bones weigh more.
When you are tall you weigh more.
Also when having an actual figure you weigh more.
5.8 to 5.9 you can weigh all the way up to 165 and not be fat.
you have nothing to worry about, just be confident and healthy. :-D
