I am a 15 year old female. I am five feet and about three and a quarter inches tall. I weight 135. I think I weigh to much for my age and height. I want to lose at least ten more pounds. I am not very rich.....or I do not have much money. Can someone please tell me how to lose ten pounds. I ride my bike and walk everyday.. morning and evening.

drink green tea, these have natural fat strippers. if you are serious about this, learn what your max heart rate is, your resting heart rate and then excercise for 30 mins within 60% OF YOUR MAX HEART RATE.

Start doing exercise at least for 30 min in the morning. As you walk daily that is good point but you walk  with constant speed at least for 1 hr.
