I have stomach 'flab' right under my stomach and i do sit ups and cruchies but i dont know how to get rid of it and i have no idea what to do anymore :cry: please does anyone have any ideas or thiughts about what i should do??? i need to lose the flabs and is there any other way than to do sit ups and crunchies??? what can i do to lose it wothout making myself sick or taking tablets or things...
