2 1/2 days ago, I was at the gym lifting weights as usual. I was using a curling machine. Somehow while I was lifting, the pressure of my chest against the upper part of the bench pressed up against it in a weird way and I ended up losing my wind, feeling lightheaded. I sat down for a few minutes and decided to end my workout after that.

It's been somewhat on and off since then, but more on than off. The lightheaded feeling is still there, especially when I'm sitting or standing for extended periods. It gets better when I lay down. I have no problems breathing (no pain), and don't feel any pain in the afflicted area. The only thing I might feel is a little swollen or tight in the area where I was hurt.

Any idea what this could be the result of? Should I be worried? I appreciate the advice.
