i  am 44 age now having 2 sons , operation of Right hernia, varicocele , hydrocele operation has been done since 15 days ago due to swelling of right side testicle.But swelling of right  hydrocele not reduced ,in fact swelling increased after surgery.This swelling of testis started when i want avoid masturbating 12 years before , as i am doing regularly once in a day.Now also i am ejaculating daily,but after ejaculation done swelling is less, after 10 hours swelling is more.From child hood i am  aggressive in sperm production .If i don't ejaculate every day before going to bed, i will not get sleep & heavy giddiness will be there in the next morning & if i ejaculate in next morning ,not able do duty in day time.Suggest me whether to remove my right side testical which is having bulge size & left size testical is having no problem,normal in size.
