I broke my hymen yday during fingering. There was a sharp pain accompnaied by bleeding. Though the pain has reduced. there is a slight remnant feeling of pain.
Is there any first aid recommended in such cases - Like -- Avoid much activity for the next few days, stay sedentary/rested, Any hot water bath ..
