Hi guys I am currently 16 and I am certain I have hit puberty. My penis hasn't grown at all it is about 1inch flat and about 2 inch erect. It is also skinny. Is this normal? I also have lots of little spots underneath it. I am seriously concerned that I'm not going to be able to have a child and I'm too embarrassed to do anything due to my problem. Can anyone please help me?
