umm well I am 14. I turned 14 in April 2013. I barely ejaculate at all and sometimes I don't at all. I am not very big either. lengthwise. th weird thing is that I have pubes but no armpit hair. All sounds pretty normal.In my experience armpit hair doesn't start to grow for a about a year (or more) after pubic hair starts.
You'll probably ejaculate more with time - it takes a few months for semen production to start up and reach full steam, so to speak. It's also likely your penis will continue to grow for another couple of years, maybe more. The average erect length is around 5 and a half inches. Flaccid length is variable, and can be tiny or almost the erect length.
