I need your help! I developed facial rash and have been tired for quite some time! And I do not even engage myself in any physical activity. Sometimes I even feel some pain in back muscles. Some of my friends have mentioned a possibility of SLE (I don't even know what is that short for!).

I do not think that it is wise to make diagnosis on your own. SLE – systemic lupus erythematosus is autoimmune condition in which our immune system is making antibodies that damage our own tissue. Whether a person has lupus or not is determined very easily with a few simple tests. Therefore, I recommend you to go see a doctor and see what he has to say after the examination.
