I am 46 and have not had a period in 6 months. The hot flashes are terrible and annoying. I suffer from severe back issues and take pain meds, effexor, bachlofen, several narcotics. I cannot work anymore! I have had pap, blood work all normal so why am I not having periods but every month I get those pre-period symptoms. .?????
