So I usually get my period on time, but this time it was 4 days late and only lasted 2 days instead of 6...I have been nauseated and having headaches. Period was really light and right before it started I had cramps so bad I was screaming in pain.
....I was also in a car wreck a month ago...could that be the cause? Or could I be pregnant?

OK, that's quite an intense triangle of possibilities there, for such a short post:

car wreck (trauma)
period imbalance, late and truncated, and cramps
nausea and headaches

You also conspicuously omit some of the factors that could possibly be relevant to pregnancy, such as, er, the guy, when you had sex, whether you were using contraception, whether there were any factors affecting that contraception, little things.

You also omit many other symptoms of the onset of pregnancy, if other posts, and reports, are to be believed.

All in all therefore, the answer to the almost throwaway question of pregnancy seems basically to be no:

if you had a clearly defined period, that's your body breaking down the uterus following a no show, so it seems reasonable to suggest that no, you're not pregnant. Not impossible to be pregnant, perhaps; someone does, after all, win the lottery, but no it doesn't seem to be a factor.

The car wreck, which most people would consider to be traumatic, even at quite modest speeds, undoubtedly will have had an effect on your body. Whether it actually did or not, it's perfectly plausible to say it may have done, for two reasons: one, stress is acknowledged in disrupting periods; and two, trauma (a car wreck is generally more extreme and sudden that the prolonged low-key stress of exams, for example) is going to tell your body to shut down everything but emergency systems, and by comparison to keeping you alive, having you ready to meet Mr Right is pretty low key compared to keeping you on the planet in the first place.

Bottom line: I'd say the car wreck was far more likely to be the cause than (presumed) sex with the mysterious Mr X.

Get out clause: if you're still concerned, go check it out, go seek a doctor or clinic.
