I'm 17 and I turn 18 in 16 days, I don't know if I've hit puberty yet? I have pubic hair, armpit hair, and leg hair, People think that I'm 12 years old and it sucks, my voice is still semi high and I don't really have an adams apple, also I can't grow facial hair to save my life. Please help.
