Hi, has anyone tried South Beach Diet? I am considering starting this program as it seems reasonable to me, it’s not starving you like many other are. Am I right?

Hi, I am in second phase of South Beach diet and I believe that it’s really working well. I hope to take it as a permanent way of eating. As you probably know South Beach diet is not a traditional low-carb plan. You'll allowed to eat the right carbs, such as whole grains and certain fruits and vegetables. You will learn the right fats, such as olive and canola oil. You will keep eating most of foods you have eaten before but you will combine them in different way and prepare them healthier. It’s meant as way of eating for life, so you will be eating delicious chicken or fish dishes, pizzas, desserts and lose weight
