Hi there.I am 18 years old.I feel that my period get yesterday and my breast feels sore in my thinking it's a period symptom.I something feels like that first time.It's really hard.After a week I have an appointment and in its clear things were alright and an early age, the chances of breast cancer is not too high...Hope it lit bit help you.most women have suffering breast cancer with no symptoms and no pain.It's not important all women have this problem.Good luck all ladies.

During your menstrual cycle your breasts can change, gain in size and ache as well as the texture change too that's why it's important to learn how to check your breasts properly with a self exam regularly and notice the changes during the cycle that way your more likely to notice any unusual changes. Be breast aware and check regularly!
