im 23 and just found a soft lump on my left testicle that hurts to touch and have discomfort up my left side on my lower abdomen! im quite worried and terrified to go to doctor,, could this be serious?? please help

It could be one of many things, but the most serious thing it could be is testicular cancer. People our age can get it too. I know it's scary to go to the doctor, but you'll feel such a relief when you do, and if it is the worst case senario, it's not something to ignore.

you should go see your doctor, it could be anything from a hyrnia to cancer. I wouldn't ignore it, no matter which it is if you don't see a doctor it will get worse. Some STD's can cause testicular swelling as well.
