Here's the thing; I'm experiencing an odd type of hair loss scenerio. There are streaky less-haired patches on my head. I eat a lot of fruits (2 bananas, 3-4 oranges, 2-3 apples per day) and I drink approximately 3-4 250 ml glasses of milk ever day. So, I'm guessing my diet shouldn't be causing any problems to my hair. My father started balding in his early thirties due to increased stress (so if he hadn't been stressed out, he wouldn't have lost hair excessively). The bad thing is that I'm pretty stressed out fr a year, and whenever I'm over-stressed (and that's quite frequent) I feel a kind of prickly sensation on the base of my head. It's not itchy, but I think I can relate to it. Please tell me what should I do?

Stop stressing, I mean this answer is kind of obvious. Have a stress ball with you and breathe whenever you feel overstressed, like take a step back, literally, and just close your eyes and open your hands, plams facing sky and breathe.
