I had anal and right after Soft stool, the urgency to go. Feel sick now.

I have had anal before and this time I was having sex with my boyfriend little bit of stool came out so we stopped and the urgency to go to the bathroom has been really bad. soft stool no diarrhea. I have not been able to stop going to the bathroom I have cramps and nausea. This has never happened before. I have also noticed something that looks like mucus and a bit of blood in the stool
