I had a gum grafting procedure done on the 9th. For those of you who don't kno whwta that is, they removed a peice of gum from the top of my mouth and stitched it to the bottom because my gum was wearing away. They placed dressing ontop of the cut which was supposed to stay for atleast three days, but it fell off within 24 hours. I called my periodontist and he told me it should be ok. I checked on it and it doesn't look very healthy. The skin is yellowish and theres red dots inside. I'm scared it might be infected. Does anyone know if this is normal?
