I had kidney surgery Ureteroscopic, a week ago. When can I have sex again?

I didn’t know anyone else had the same issue. I thought I was the only one lol. All my life I’ve had the problem of being WIDE AWAKE after ejaculating (sence 11yr old) currently 26yr [Male]. Untill I talked to other guy friends & older brother, I thought it was normal. I’ve heard rumors that caffeine may be a culprit of this reasoning however, I didn’t start drinking coffee or caffeine-rich-foods until age13-14 so I don’t think that is MY reasoning. I’ve also heard rumors that; Hispanic and White (Male & Female) are more prone to this issue than others. Also rumored: individuals with a lower than average immune system (at birth) are likely to have this issue. I’m a Hispanic Male that had a lower immune system at birth. I’ve researched this information on-an-off for the last 10yrs through many findings even though I’m sure not all is well conducted research.
