Hi i'm 14 years old and want to lose weight during summer. The problem is what kind of food should I eat? My mom always buy stuff that suits her and my brother and me. But most of them are quite fatning. I'm very lazy in cooking. So what's the best food to lose weight that takes about 10-15min to make? When there is nothing in the fridge I normally don't eat. I'm very VERY picky on my food too. And what's the best drink to lose weight exept water since I hate it?

Hi, Salads , vegetables , furits , beans are some of the foods that's are great to lose weight. Don't use sugar or fried food . Drink lots of water . Exercise every day for 15 mints . And plz don't starve. It can make u fat instead. Hope this ll help you .
