I have a small lump on the right side of my neck also that I noticed today. It is a pretty small lump, and doesnt hurt, except I sometimes get a little stiff in my neck in the spot where it is. I am in good health and only 18 (almost 19). I live in warangal,india.IS it very serious?should I visit doctor immediately. Please help me
