i have seen these pubic hairs for about a 3 months and its like 2 inches long hard and very small soft

I don't wish to seem like I'm berating you, but suicide..?  That's a bit silly for a situation like this my friend :-/  Let me take your question apart and answer it bit by bit for you :)

You're fourteen, and you said it yourself that you haven't hit puberty all too hard.  Maybe you're just a late bloomer?  Chances are you'll have a growth spurt in the next year or two :)  Also, what do you define as 'small'?  Look at yourself in a mirror.  From up where my eyes are, my penis looks a lil' small, but when i look at myself in a mirror, it appears bigger.  Maybe you just think it's small, and the other kids are just being a bunch of...  Excuse the pun, penises?

Speaking from experience, this is natural :)  I'm eighteen, and I more or less spent my early teen years watching porn 24/7.  It's natural.  You're at that age where women suddenly become very...  Attractive, it's nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed of, silly.  Don't feel ashamed for watching porn, or for becoming erect when thinking of the girls you know - It happens to all of us!  Well, all of us guys.  Be a bit weird if it happened to the ladies too, right?

"i get made fun of for having a small penis."  Tell a teacher you're being bullied in the changing rooms and that it's making you self conscious.  You may well have a small penis, you may be normal sized and the bullies are just trying to make you feel bad.  Either way, what they're saying or doing is wrong, and it's making you feel bad.  Report their actions to a teacher.

"i have just talked to the doctor about my growth. and when he asks me this question " do you have trouble peeing like burning pains?" i wonder if that's bad because yes i do and i think its because i masturbate."

 

I'm not going to tell you how many times I masturbated in one day, but it's a fairly large number, and not once did it burn when peeing that day.  Or any other day.  A bit sore, but no burning.  If you're burning, there might be a problem, such as Thrush.  RELAX!  Thrush is a yeast infection that you can catch without ever having sex or sexual contact.  It's is a VERY easy to fix problem, so next time you go to your doctor, tell him the truth.  A doctor asks you questions to help him diagnose you with an illness or infection, not so he can laugh at you and make fun of you like the bullies.  He's there to help, so just help him to help you :)  Again, masturbating a lot does NOT cause burning!  So talk to your doctor about it.

You're fourteen, it happens to all of us.  Me, my best friend, yatta yatta.  Chill.  It's normal.  100% normal.

Don't, you plonker.  Like I said waaay up at the top of this answer, suicide is a silly solution for any problem, this one especially :-/  Again, I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just saying - Rationalize your problem.  Is a small penis any reason to kill yourself..?  Is it even small, or are you just being self conscious?

Relax.  Tell a teacher about the kids making fun of you, talk to your doctor about the burning, and just enjoy yourself :)  You're young, worry about your penis when you're old enough for a girl to see it :P

Just 3 months? You are VERY early in puberty. Nothing at all to worry about. You'll see alot more in about a year. Know that's not what you wanted to hear, but it is what it is. Just got to wait it out. It's also common for boys your age to be where you're at. You're normal.

Masturbation makes no difference one way or the other. Uthly did give you some pretty good advice too. I will look your condition up. Don't know what it is. Just give your body time to develope, you'll be just fine. Too bad we can't make our bodies do what we want them to do.

oh yes . when you are a baby you get a shot to see if you have it and i did... lucky me :/ people dont understand that i dont grow like normal people do..

As far as puberty you are still very much in that normal range. I didn't see anything to were it would effect your puberty.

How severe has the doctor said your condition is?
