Hi I am a 14 year old boy and i have a small strap of skin that connects my foreskin to the head of my penis and I heard that it was supposed to be on the bottom.What is the problem please help.

Hi Guest,

You should have a frenulum, that's one strip of skin on the bottom and is NORMAL. You might have skin tags too, they are also normal - until about age 16 or so.

Give it time. Normal erections and masturbation will help get rid of skin tags. The frenulum is normal.
