Hi. I am 13 right now and I can't fully retract my fourskin all the way back. I thought it was phismosis bit no. There is a piece of skin half way down thhe glans, and it's holding the fourskin in place. I did some research and there is no matches. PLZ help!!!!

It could be your frenulum OR it could be a skin bridge. The frenulum is normal. A skin bridge will usually detach by NORMAL erections/masturbation within a few more years.
I doubt there is any serious problem. See your doctor for an evaluation.

Thank you. I looked up both and I just have a skin bridge. But the question is should i get it removed, or will it stretch out on its own?
